100% RECYCLED WOVEN YARN LABEL
Made using 100% recycled woven yarn and post-consumer chips. In order to protect ecosystem and environment, as well as to leavea beautiful earth for future generations, PET recycleed yarn has been put into use for label production. Prices will be higher than a normal woven label as the raw material is expensive. Recycled satin woven labels will be duller than a normal satin woven label.
KRAFT CARD / PAPER
Kraft Card/Paper is made from natural ingredients such as wood pulp, recycled paper or FSC paper and is 100% recyclable and biodegradable. It is low-impact and environmentally friendly whether it’s recycled or sent to a landfill. Kraft paper or card is very versatile and can be made into a whole range products from hang tags to all types of packaging.
RECYCLABLE / BIODEGRADABLE / LANDFILL PLASTIC
An organic additive is introduced during the manufacturing process that accelerates the biodegradation of treated plastics in anaerobic landfill environments. The end result is the microbes excreting the same waste as organic matter; which is Humus, CO2 and CH4 that can be captured to produce clean, cheap energy. If this organic technology is added to recyclable plastic, it won’t effect its recycling capabilities. The actual rate that the plastic biodegrades depends on the plastic itself and the disposal environment conditions. This makes our plastic perfect for most single use plastics like bags and packaging.
Please note: Each Country has different laws on labeling plastics as ‘biodegradable’. Refer to the country guidelines for consumer packaging laws.
BAMBOO PAPER
Bamboo is the fastest growing species of plant on the planet. It’s fast rate and/or renewal makes bamboo a sustainable option for paper making. With soft and strong properties, bamboo paper is bidegradable and eaisly recycable.
STRAW PAPER
Agriculture Straw is an environmentally friendly alternative source for making paper. Improved technologies have enabled the scalable production of paper using this alternative source to wood. It helps reduce waste by using surplus straw from agriculture thus reducing the reliance on trees.
STONE PAPER
Manufactured from calcium carbonate bonded with high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Besides eliminating the need to harvest trees, stone paper is an nature-friendly option. And, most importantly it does not require water during manufacturing process.
ECO FRIENDLY
Eco Friendly are buttons made from earths natural materials, wood, horn (as a by-product), coconut and shell. These products are manufactured using pre-consumer waste and have a natural beauty only the earth can produce. A true eco friendly.
ORGANIC COTTON LABEL
These are made using Organic Cotton with oil-based ink. Organic cotton is grown using methods and materials that have a low impact on the environment. Organic production systems replenish and maintain soil fertility, reduce the use of toxic and persistent pesticides and fertilizers, and build biologically diverse agriculture.
